Our Approach
A restored relationship with God transforms those who suffer from addiction into vibrant, free, and sober followers of the Lord.
We base the curriculum and community of our discipleship center on God’s Word—the Bible. We offer a chance to start over, become a new person, live a godly life, and find freedom through a restored purpose and hope in Jesus Christ. This is done through classes, individual study, personal mentoring, Biblical counseling, work-ethic training, and involvement in the community.
NY Programs
Rochester Adult & Teen Challenge is a fully accredited and credentialed division of New York Adult & Teen Challenge, which also has residential programs in Buffalo and Syracuse. With over 200 beds statewide, Rochester Adult & Teen Challenge offers a multi-faceted approach with residential, intervention, and prevention services.

Residential Services
Our Rochester facility provides 12 months of care and support. The benefits of our long-term residential, discipleship program are many. The students enter a loving, supportive, Christian community and are mentored by others who have walked the same path to freedom. They are given the opportunity to cultivate the life practice of personal prayer, daily devotions and so much more.
Intervention Services
Provided through mentoring, counseling, family support services, community care, and crisis intervention.
Prevention Services
Provided through education, school assemblies, and community outreaches.
